Cancellation Policy
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you notify us atleast 24 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations or no shows that break this policy will impose a fee worth 40% of the scheduled service.
In the case that you are running late, we ask that you notify us! Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late, will forfeit the original appointment & a cancellation fee worth 40% of the missed service will be charged.
